Youth Sunday School Class - Christology – What Did the Resurrection of Christ Signify for the Believer? - Part 2

Youth Sunday School Class

How much do you think about the significance of the resurrection? How much would you say the fact that Jesus Christ is alive impacts how you choose to live your life day by day? If you’re like me you spend more time thinking about the death of Christ, the work atonement more than the victory and reward of atonement in the resurrection. We would do well to meditate more deeply, often and practically on not only the death but especially on his resurrection. The resurrection of Christ raises the spirit of believers for every day righteous living and secures the hope of a final full resurrection on the last day. Keywords: Resurrection, God's Love, Salvation, Atonement, Eternal Life, Holy Spirit, Power, Authority

Scripture References: Ephesians 1:18-23, Romans 8:10-39, 1 Corinthians 6:14, 1 Peter 1:3-5, 1 Corinthians 15:20-58, John 6:37-40
