THE POWER OF THE CROSS

Grace Bible Conference

September 15-17

Maryville, TN

The cross – some hate everything it stands for. Others consider it most precious. Still others consider it foolishness. From before the foundation of the world, according to the kind intention of His will, the Father was pleased to crush His Beloved Son on the cross in order to appease His wrath and give us eternal life.

In Him, we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us. (Ephesians 1:7)

Let us learn together, fellowship together and remind each other of this lavish grace. We have a need to sing together – “Let us come behold the wondrous mystery: Christ the Lord upon the tree; in the stead of ruined sinners hangs the Lamb in victory! See the price of our redemption; see the Father’s plan unfold, bringing many sons to glory, grace unmeasured, love untold!”

By the cross we know the gravity of sin and the greatness of God’s love toward us.

– John Chrysostom

CHILDCARE

NURSERY

There will be a clean nursery provided for children ages 0-3 years old.

The Infant nursery (0-23 months old) is staffed by caring members ready to love on your littlest family members.

The Toddler nursery (2-3 years old) will have a simple lesson and craft proclaiming the truths of the cross in an age appropriate way.

GRACEKIDS

GraceKids is a fun-filled, Bible-centered conference program for children in grades PreK (4 years old) up to 6th grade.

We will be echoing the same theme “The Power of the Cross” emphasized through songs, lessons and crafts.

We deeply desire that children would know “from childhood … the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.” (2 Tim.3:15)
